High Priestess Academy is the educational division of Blue Horizon Wellness Group. It’s a metaphysical science school focused on human behavior, spiritual principles, and personal transformation. Through simple, structured courses and practical tools, students explore how beliefs, conditioning, family systems, the nervous system, and metaphysical thought all shape the human experience. Instead of telling you what to believe, High Priestess Academy teaches you how to think. We name the different lenses, behavioral science, history, philosophy, and metaphysics and invite you to ask better questions, use discernment, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.
HPA 101
Introduction to Human Behavior & Spiritual Principles
HPA 101 is the foundation of High Priestess Academy and the starting point for understanding the human experience. You’ll explore human behavior, identity, the subconscious mind, and spiritual principles while learning to recognize patterns and think with greater discernment. By the end of the course, you’ll see how beliefs, conditioning, family systems, values, and lived experiences shape your decisions and your life path.

Nutrition, Movement & Nervous System Regulation
HPA 201 builds on 101 by looking at how your daily choices impact your nervous system, behavior, and overall well-being. You’ll study how nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, stress, and habits affect your capacity for resilience and growth. Throughout the course, you’ll compare five learning lenses: scientific, behavioral, historical and cultural, spiritual and metaphysical, and personal reflection, and finish by creating your own personalized wellness blueprint you can actually use in everyday life.

Whether you’re taking a High Priestess Academy course, working with Dr. Blue through the 90-Day Nervous System Reset, or having a single spiritual counseling session, you’re learning how your mind, nervous system, and spirit work together while practicing new patterns in real life.
