Meet Dr. Blue 

Dr. Erica Blue is a nurse, metaphysical scientist, and certified holistic practitioner who centers  women, men, frontline workers, and black sheep adults living with chronic stress and burnout. She blends clinical training, holistic studies with metaphysical science and pattern work to help your nervous system move from constant survival mode into something steadier, softer, and more you.

Wellness Programs

Choose the level of support your nervous system needs right now, from a single consult to a 90-day reset to future group spaces. All offerings are designed for anyone adult living with chronic stress and burnout.

One-on-One Nervous System Consult

A 1:1 session to map what your nervous system has been holding. We’ll look at your stress patterns, use metaphysical psychology and pattern work in a grounded way, and create a simple plan you can actually use in real life.

90-Day Nervous System Reset

A 12-week container for the strong friend, the black sheep, and the burned-out healer who is tired of surviving. Together we focus on nervous system health, stress and burnout recovery, and building rituals that help your body remember what calm feels like.

Future Group Programs

Small, carefully held group spaces for women, men, frontline workers, and black sheep adults who want community nervous system work. Groups will blend education, regulation practices, and metaphysical psychology in a non-spooky, grounded way.

My Blue Village Youth Programs

My Blue Village is a community program founded by Dr. Erica Blue to support kids and teens with real-life nervous system care. We help with back-to-school essentials, food and body confidence, and lunch date mentoring for bullied or shy youth. This is where the village shows up for our kids.
